Adult Sacramental Preparation Program
Are you a baptized Catholic adult who has never gone to Confession?
Or Baptized Catholic but never received First Communion?
Or perhaps you missed receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation?
If you are ready to take a step forward in your Catholic Faith, Sacrament preparation for Adults is available!
Confirmation Preparation for Adults
A fully initiated Catholic has received the sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation. If you are an adult Catholic who hasn’t yet received the sacrament of Confirmation, an upcoming Adult Confirmation class may interest you. This is an opportunity to fan into flame the gift of the Holy Spirit that you have already received at your baptism and to deepen your faith. Preparation for Baptized Catholic adults who have not received First Communion is also available.
Preparation for the Sacrament of Matrimony (Catholic marriage) will be required to completed before recieving First Communion or Confirmation if you are an adult who has not completed the Sacraments of Initiation and are currently in a civil marriage or in a domestic partnership without marriage. Please talk to the Pastoral Assistant for Faith Formation for more information about individual readiness for the Sacraments.
Preparación de confirmación para adultos
Un católico totalmente iniciado ha recibido los sacramentos del bautismo, la eucaristía y la confirmación. Si usted es un católico adulto que aún no ha recibido el sacramento de la Confirmación, una próxima clase de Confirmación para adultos puede interesarle. Esta es una oportunidad para avivar el don del Espíritu Santo que ya has recibido en tu bautismo y para profundizar tu fe. También está disponible la preparación para adultos católicos bautizados que no han recibido la Primera Comunión.
Se requerirá completar la preparación para el Sacramento del Matrimonio (matrimonio católico) antes de recibir la Primera Comunión o la Confirmación, en caso de ser un adulto que no ha completado los Sacramentos de Iniciación y que actualmente se encuentra en un matrimonio civil o en una unión de hecho sin matrimonio.
